Hi, this upgrade is possible? or is better in two steps? first from J1.5 to J2.5 and after J2.5 to J3.4?
Can you guide me?
Thanks a lot!

Migrating from J 1.5 to J 3.x in a single step is possible, although is not a walk in the park:
We published two tutorials that explain how to to succesfully migrate a Joomla 1.5 site with Custom Properties to Joomla 2.5 and then to Joomla 3.x.
www.solidsystem.it/how-to-and-tutorials/...es-to-joomla-17.html
www.solidsystem.it/how-to-and-tutorials/...25-to-joomla-3x.html
In any case, it won't be a straightforward process. There are several elements that can't be migrated automatically and/or requires adjustments and tweakings (template, modules, some third party extensions that might not be available for J 3.x, etc)
Some might argue that's indeed more practical to build a J3.4 site from scratch, and migrate the data using dedicated tools or SQL queries.
docs.joomla.org/Joomla_1.5_to_3.x_Step_by_Step_MigrationThe migration from Joomla! 1.5 to 3.x is a major migration. There are many changes in features and database tables between these two version. It is NOT a one-click update. You will be building/installing a fresh Joomla! 3 installation and then migrating (moving) your data into it.

Hello Andrea,
Ok, we have installed a fresh J3.4. And we have migrated content with J2XML Extension (articles, categories and users)
BUT: Do you now to migrate CP tags, labels, etc. from our actual J1.5 CP Version 2.0.4 to the new J3.4 CP Version 3?
PD: i know a little of "mysql myadmin", "tables", etc. So if the instruccions are sql queries, please explain it detailed to follow them.
